Installation and activation information

Dark Bot AI may generate a unique Installation ID for a particular installation. We may process that Installation ID and related license information for activation, customer support, fraud prevention, and license management.

Technical information

Our hosting or security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

Third-party AI/API usage is separate from the Dark Bot AI purchase. You are responsible for your selected provider account, provider charges, API credentials, usage, and compliance with the provider's terms and policies.

Dark Bot AI is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, pricing, limits, account actions, or policies of third-party AI providers.

4. Payment Processing

Where Paddle is used for a transaction, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the payment and related transaction information under its own legal and privacy documentation.

We do not need to store your complete payment-card number for purchases processed through Paddle.

5. Telegram and Customer Support

Telegram may process your information according to Telegram's own privacy practices.

We use information you provide through official support channels for payment verification, application delivery, activation, troubleshooting, and customer service.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Sensitive server-side credentials, payment API secrets, webhook secrets, database credentials, AI provider secret keys, and license-signing private keys should never be stored in public website files or public repositories.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, license management, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.

• Paddle — payment and Merchant of Record services.
• Vercel or another hosting provider — website hosting.
• Telegram — customer support and community communication.
• Third-party AI providers selected by the customer.

Each third-party service may have its own privacy policy and terms of use.
