By purchasing or using Dark Bot AI, you agree to these terms. This page is informational and should be reviewed for legal and jurisdiction-specific requirements before publication.

Purchase and access

Dark Bot AI is currently offered as a one-time $25 application purchase for the applicable product tier. Access, delivery, supported platforms, and product updates are subject to the current product offering and support status.

Manual payment and activation

Payments are handled manually through the official Dark Bot AI payment instructions. After payment verification, support may provide the application, setup assistance, and activation information required for the purchased product tier.

BYOK and third-party services

If you connect your own supported AI provider credentials, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms and for any provider or API charges. Dark Bot AI does not automatically cover third-party model usage fees.

Responsible use

Dark Bot AI is designed to support legitimate coding, research, productivity, creative work, cybersecurity learning, security testing, and other authorized technical workflows. You must use the product only for lawful activities and only against systems, accounts, networks, data, or targets you are authorized to test or access. Do not use Dark Bot AI to facilitate fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware deployment, harassment, or other illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Dark Bot AI software, branding, website content, and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. Your purchase grants the product access rights described for the purchased tier; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Availability

Product availability, supported platforms, features, and third-party integrations may change over time. “Lifetime” refers to the supported product lifetime of the purchased application tier, not a guaranteed lifetime of every third-party service or platform.

Affiliate program

Affiliate participation is subject to approval, the applicable commission terms, accurate referral attribution, and the program rules communicated by Dark Bot AI. Fraudulent, self-referred, abusive, or manipulated conversions may be rejected or cancelled.
