These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dark Bot AI website and software application.

By purchasing, installing, activating, or using Dark Bot AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product

Dark Bot AI is a cross-platform AI application built around HINA, an AI assistant intended for coding, research, productivity, creative work, technical workflows, and other legitimate uses.

Current supported platforms:

• Windows
• Linux
• Android

Features, supported platforms, and third-party integrations may change as the product develops.

2. Purchase Price

The current launch price is:

US$25 — One-time payment

This is a one-time application purchase and is not a recurring monthly application subscription for the current launch offer.

Third-party AI model/API usage is not included in the application purchase.

3. BYOK — Bring Your Own Key

Dark Bot AI may use a BYOK ("Bring Your Own Key") model. You may connect your own supported third-party AI provider credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Your third-party provider account.
• Protecting your API credentials.
• Third-party AI/API usage fees.
• Provider limits and policies.
• Compliance with the provider's terms.

Dark Bot AI is not responsible for third-party provider pricing, availability, outages, rate limits, account actions, model changes, or provider policies.

4. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" means access to the purchased Dark Bot AI application tier during the supported lifetime of the product/service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Lifetime Access does not guarantee that every future feature, model, provider, platform, or third-party service will remain available permanently.

5. Application Delivery

During the current launch-stage process, application delivery may be handled manually.

After payment verification, customers may be asked to contact official support and provide the information necessary to identify the purchase.

Application delivery may occur through an official support channel or another delivery method designated by Dark Bot AI.

6. Activation and Installation ID

The application may generate a unique Installation ID for an installation/device.

Activation keys may be associated with that Installation ID.

You must not:

• Share activation keys publicly.
• Resell activation keys without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism.
• Circumvent technical protection mechanisms.
• Distribute cracked or modified versions.

Genuine device replacement or re-activation requests may be handled by support according to the applicable device policy.

7. License

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the purchased Dark Bot AI application tier for lawful and authorized purposes.

You may not:

• Resell Dark Bot AI without written authorization.
• Commercially redistribute the application without authorization.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Bypass activation or licensing controls.
• Create unauthorized modified copies for redistribution.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

Dark Bot AI is intended for lawful and authorized use.

You must not use the product to:

• Commit fraud or theft.
• Obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
• Create or distribute malware for unlawful purposes.
• Steal credentials or personal information.
• Impersonate another person for unlawful purposes.
• Violate applicable law.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Facilitate other unlawful or harmful activity.

Authorized security research, controlled testing, defensive development, education, coding, analysis, and legitimate experimentation are allowed when properly authorized and lawful.

9. Third-Party Services

Dark Bot AI may interact with third-party AI providers, hosting services, payment providers, and communication platforms.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, pricing, policies, availability, and limitations.

10. Paddle Transactions

Where Paddle processes a transaction, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the applicable payment, tax, invoicing, and related checkout functions under its own terms.

Customers should also review Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Dark Bot AI, the HINA branding, website design, software, graphics, names, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL NAME], except for third-party materials.

12. Availability and Updates

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the product or its features.

Third-party providers may also change their APIs, models, pricing, availability, or terms independently.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dark Bot AI is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or compatible with every future operating-system release or third-party provider.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Mst Afruja Begum] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Refunds

Refunds for transactions processed through Paddle are handled according to Paddle's applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.

For other payment methods, the applicable refund terms provided at the time of purchase will apply, subject to mandatory law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, payment model, business practices, or legal requirements change.
